Litaniae in Es
The work was additionally written down at the end of the source containing the collection of Loreto litanies by Brentner Brk Coll. 8, so the name of the composer on the calligraphically lettered title pages is not necessarily bound with this composition. Although no concordance with works of other composers is known, Brentner’s authorship must be considered questionable. The composition itself is very interesting as a late example of litanies composed on the basso ostinato.
